Personal data we process
ieconomy.io offers no accounts or membership; there is no form on the site that collects personal data, we process no payment or financial data, and we carry out no profiling or automated decision-making. Processing is limited to:
- Access logs — the IP address, browser information (user-agent) and request time recorded at server level by our hosting infrastructure.
- When you write to us — your email address and the content of your message.
Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering the site, resolving technical faults, preventing abuse and attacks — legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- Answering a question, correction report or request you send us — performance of your request and legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2).
Cookies
We set no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies of our own. See our cookie policy for detail.
Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your data. To deliver the service we work with the following providers only, and only for that purpose:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery; access logs arise at this layer.
- Supabase — content database (European Union region).
- YouTube / Google — only when you open a page containing an embedded video, in order to load that video.
The publisher is established in Hong Kong SAR and providers' servers may be located outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally (GDPR Chapter V; KVKK Art. 9).
Retention
Access logs are kept for the hosting provider's technical retention period and are not separately archived by us. Emails you send us are kept for as long as the correspondence requires and the law prescribes.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn whether it is used for its stated purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request rectification or erasure, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing (KVKK Art. 11). If you are in the European Union you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (GDPR Art. 15-21).
To apply, write to [email protected]. We resolve requests free of charge within the period the law prescribes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country.
Children
The site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
